Sleeping arrangements are similar to a dormitory with  bunkbeds that don’t squeak in the middle of the night when the guy above you is getting up for a 6 AM show. We have no "hot" beds, so you know that your bed is yours alone. Unlike many other traditional leases, there is no need to commit to a multi-year agreement. Up to six-month lease agreements are available. All we ask is one months notice before you terminate your lease.
