Rules:

Each person is expected to clean up after themselves.  Maid service is provided once per month as a back-up.

If you smoke, please do so outside.

When someone leaves, the person who has been in his crashpad the longest gets first crack at his spot if it is more desirable

Payment

Rent is $195 per month and there is a $75 refundable deposit required the first month.  

Guarantee

I can't guarantee this will be the place for you, but if you decide that it isn’t please give me 30 days notice.  I realize everyone has different circumstances and expectations.  If there is a problem with the crash pad or a suggested improvement, please let me know so I can fix it.

What You'll Need:

Bring a blanket, sheets and a pillow as well as a bath towel. Bed assignment is based on crash pad seniority.
